Job Description

  • Identify and document technical requirements for various software, hardware and infrastructure solutions. Document related pilot and deployment approach

  • Conduct knowledge-transfer and training sessions with outside partner/vendors’ technical resources

  • Follow Technology Change Management procedures to introduce, communicate and execute changes

  • Facilitate regular project meetings and follow up with team members (both internal and external) as required to focus on business and operational issues or technical issues

  • Provide leadership to cross-functional and cross-vendor project teams

  • Work closely with our business solutions partners to devise business and technology requirements, incorporate the requirements into contract agreements, assist in contract negotiations and execute appropriate POS and Back Office technology solutions
