Funcions

  • Rebre i atendre cients.
  • Explicar productes (combis, rentadores, rentaplats, assecadores, petits electrodomèstics, etc.).
  • Recomendar opcions segons el que busca el client.
  • Resoldre dubtes sobre preus, garanties i característiques de productes.
  • Fer vendes i oferir finançament o serveis extra.
  • Cobrament en caixa.
  • Reposar productes i mantenir la botiga ordenada.
  • Col.locar etiquetes i promocions
  • Control bàsic de stock.
  • Gestionar canvis, devolucions o incidències senzilles.
  • Ocasionalment preparar comandes o recollides.
