Department Manager

Our automation department in Vantaa and Turku is looking for a new Department Manager. We are seeking a sales‑oriented Department Manager for our Vantaa and/or Turku offices to lead our automation business and support Etteplan’s growth. The scope of the role can be defined based on your expertise and situation: you may be responsible for one location (Vantaa) or both (Vantaa and Turku). In this role, you will be responsible for business growth, customer development, and leadership – managing both specialists and managers. You will be accountable for your department’s financial results and for developing customer and employee satisfaction. You will build growth through active sales and ensure your team has the best conditions for success. You will work closely with different units and stakeholders within Etteplan. You are a convincing communicator and negotiator, understanding the importance of customer‑oriented business for profitable growth.
