Department Manager / Supervisor

Jerry’s No Frills is located in the Town of Smithers, a picturesque town in northwestern British Columbia.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise and co-ordinate store clerks in receiving, handling and storing of merchandise to achieve optimal results

Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

Check invoices and product qualities, submit claims for shortages, quality issues

Resolve issues that may arise including customer request, complaints and supply shortages

Maintain pricing integrity and apply SAP applications

Adhere to company standards and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed

Perform front-end duties including cashiering as necessary occasionally

Perform key holding and act as the manager on duty as required

Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
