Insight Global is currently seeking a Structural Professional Engineer (PE) to join a client in the industrial engineering services industry as the Department Manager for Structural and Mechanical. This role is split across structural design (40%), project design supervision/department leadership (30%), project management (20%), and business development (10%). On a daily basis, the engineer will lead and perform structural design work including calculations, code compliance, and stamping drawings across FL, AL, and GA while guiding and reviewing work completed by designers and engineers. They will oversee project execution by developing work plans, coordinating across disciplines, conducting field inspections, verifying plant conditions, and ensuring designs align with client requirements and cost efficiency goals.
