Job Details

Salary: $52,000 annually (equal to $25.00 per hour )

Work schedules are expected to be shifts of 8.5 hours 5 days a week . Depending on the business operation, these shifts will continuously vary from early mornings, day, afternoons, evenings and overnights shifts. This role requires open availability work including weekends and weekdays, with varying days off.

In addition to the responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for providing business leadership while running your assigned department that contributes to the overall success in achieving restaurant targets of sales , profit and guest experience . You know how to energize and motivate our crew, inform them of business targets and ensure they receive the training and coaching to be successful.
