Department Manager Pharmacy

The Pharmacy Manager will assume full control and accountability for the operation of the pharmacy department and the success of the pharmacy business. Responsibilities include meeting financial benchmarks and operating efficiencies, maintaining high standards of pharmacy practice, excellent customer/patient relations, and providing strong, professional and strategic leadership to the pharmacy team. The Manager will also assume responsibility for all employee relations, retail operations, maintenance of the physical plant, meeting financial benchmarks and maintaining merchandising standards within the store.

Pharmacy technicians and state‑of‑the‑art technology are used to relieve pharmacists from routine tasks and allow them to concentrate on practicing pharmacy. Patient care is paramount. All pharmacists are committed to maintaining innovative patient‑care services.
