Should be computer Savvy MS Excel, SAP
Is responsible for store opening/closing based on the shift. Conduct Daily briefing, weekly meetings and weekly briefings. Develop a strategy for implementation of manpower plan. Recruitment of Sales Associates, packer, cashiers, house keep & security staff.
