Job Description

Within the Armani Outlet in Vertemate, you will join the team as Department Manager. You will work with the Store Manager in managing the assigned department and the team, taking care of operations and performance maximization. You will work in close contact with the Sales Associates by infusing energy into the team through your commitment and lead with passion to stimulate achievement of the best possible results. All these efforts aim to offer excellence in customer service. You will oversee the development of each Sales Associate, identifying the strengths and areas for improvement, training and coaching them daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by analysing performance data and implementing improvement strategies for your Department and for the whole store
