We are currently looking for a Department Manager for our new store in Warsaw, who is motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core. As Department Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing your department in the store and improving daily operations as well as achieving sales targets and budget. You report to the Store Experience Manager. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales.
  • Create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers together with Visual Merchandiser.
  • Always act as Sales Advisor and be a role model for customer service.
