JOB SUMMARY

The Department Chair of Breast Surgery is a senior physician leader responsible for the strategic, clinical, academic, and operational leadership of the Breast Surgery Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD). This role carries full accountability for program growth, clinical excellence, faculty development, research advancement, and regional reputation, ensuring alignment with CCAD's mission, values, and long‑term strategic plan. The Chair is expected to build and expand a high‑performing breast program, including surgical oncology, oncoplastic and reconstructive collaboration, multidisciplinary cancer care, education, and research, positioning CCAD as a regional and international referral centre for comprehensive breast care.
