Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Respond to patient enquiries in person, over the phone, and via messaging platforms.
- Register and maintain accurate patient records using the clinic's computer system.
- Assist dentists with administrative and general clinic support duties.
- Perform general reception and clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the employer from time to time.
Requirements
- No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to liaise with patients and colleagues in a multilingual working environment.
