Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Respond to patient enquiries in person, over the phone, and via messaging platforms.
  • Register and maintain accurate patient records using the clinic's computer system.
  • Assist dentists with administrative and general clinic support duties.
  • Perform general reception and clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the employer from time to time.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to liaise with patients and colleagues in a multilingual working environment.
