Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Respond to patient enquiries in person, over the phone, and via messaging platforms.
  • Register and maintain accurate patient records using the clinic's computer system.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the clinic's daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support to dentists and other clinic staff as required.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the employer from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a dental clinic, medical clinic, or healthcare administrative environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English to interact with patients and colleagues.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience using office or clinic management systems.
