  • Strong knowledge on ITIL Process.
  • Excellent Analytical, Debugging, Communication & Reporting Skills.

  • Knowledge on Clustering & Load Balancing, platform upgrade.
  • Experience in Control-M, Service Now, Azure DevOps.
  • DomainBanking.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • RoleDenodo Administrator
  • Responsible for Monitoring, Cache & DB Refresh, DB connection changes, Access provisioning, Proactive Prevention of Disk, Space Issues.
  • Responsible for Automation of Memory & SQL Alerts
  • Excellent communication skill and should work directly with customer.
  • Need to work on Shift to Provide Support
