Job Description

  • Prepare and cook Western dishes according to recipes and standards

  • Assist Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations

  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen (HACCP & safety standards)

  • Properly store food and ingredients to minimize waste

  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly

  • Support training of Commis Chefs when required

  • Follow hotel policies, health, and safety regulations

  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior chefs


Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Western kitchen (hotel/restaurant)

  • Basic knowledge of Western cuisine and cooking techniques
