Dementia Support Australia, with the Wicking Dementia Research and Education Centre, delivers the DREAM project to build workforce capability in respite dementia care. DREAM Dementia Support Coaches work with staff in community and residential aged care through on-site visits, remote support, observation, modelling, and reflective dialogue. They provide tailored education based on DREAM modules, delivering both group sessions and individual mentoring.
