Demand Planning Analyst

Main Task

1.Manage the demand planning models for XRX customers.

2.Facilitate the demand planning processes and preview meetings with XRX corresponding business owners.

3.Continuous improvement of Demand Plan accuracy, eliminating bias and striving to understand variation impacting results

4.Support the new product introduction and alignment with the project teams according in a timely manner to allow best supply network support

5.Support development of effective forecast models based on market trends and demand patterns. Support and challenge the operations with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

6. Analysis market dynamics, customer specific POS, new/lost business, constraints and promotional opportunities to enable recommending a demand plan with insights from cross functional teams

7. Monitor key performance indicators, perform root cause analysis, implement action plans and strive for continuous improvement
