Job Description

  • Deal directly with CFT either by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests and communicate/coordinate with internal departments
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and supply-related inquiries
  • Facilitate order acceptance
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken

Education and Experience

  • PG in Pharmaceuticals or equivalent; MBAs preferred
  • Basic pharmaceuticals knowledge
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Numeric, oral, and written language proficiency
  • Expected work experience: 1–2 years in pharmaceutical or similar field(s)
