  • Proven experience as a Solution Expert or similar role, with a strong focus on firewall and network infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of network design principles and security best practices.
  • Experience with various firewall technologies and network devices.
  • Ability to translate architectural standards into practical deployment designs.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Autonomy and leadership are a must
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes, including incident and problem management.
  • Understanding of and experience with group IT policies and compliance.
