Role Overview
The Demand & Inventory Planning Associate is responsible for driving accurate demand forecasts and effective inventory planning for a fast-moving cosmetics and personal care portfolio. The role focuses on balancing product availability with optimal stock levels by analyzing sales trends, managing stock aging, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Purchasing.
