Advise buyers on price and discuss offers with them, acting as mediators between Customer and Sales Agent. Utilize effective sales techniques to secure agreements for site visits.
They need to follow-up and contact prospective buyers directly if a property for sale closely matches to their requirements
Familiarize yourself with our products to effectively communicate their benefits.
Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals, continuously improving sales skills through training.
Ensure sales targets are met consistently.
