Job Description

• Work with Database and System Administrators along with other technical SMEs to monitor the system. performance and processing, troubleshoot performance issues, investigate critical system errors, capture traces, and analyze server logs
• Keep the Deltek system up and running, clearing Deltek ticket backlog as well as resolving future issues while adhering to and improving our response time
• Coordinate regular Deltek Vision/VantagePoint updates
