Job Summary

LBC Express, Inc., the leading logistics and courier service provider in the Philippines, is looking for a Delivery Team Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations, monitor team performance, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and motivate staff through effective coaching and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any 4‑year course)
  • Strong knowledge in reporting, communication, and technology
  • Service‑oriented with at least 5+ years’ experience in logistics
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and productivity tools
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Willing to work in Taytay Rizal (Brgy Kaytikling, Taytay Rizal Hub)
