  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align objectives, milestones, and inter-team dependencies across CX, Operations, Product, and Tech tribes to ensure unified direction and seamless execution.
  • Delivery Alignment & Progress Monitoring: Maintain a consolidated view of all workstreams’ progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and facilitate timely resolution or escalation where needed.
  • Executive-Ready Presentation Development: Prepare concise, insightful, and visually clear presentations, dashboards, and documentation for senior management, executives, and governance forums.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate cross-workstream meetings, consolidate updates, and ensure that communication across teams is structured, timely, and aligned with program priorities.
