Job Description
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the driver community.
Own driver engagement and retention initiatives, with clear strategies to improve satisfaction and reduce driver attrition.
Conceptualize and execute driver-focused events and programs aimed at strengthening engagement and loyalty.
Define target audiences, event objectives, budgets, timelines, and execution plans for all driver engagement activities.
Lead end-to-end event execution, including on-ground coordination and supervision of event staff.
Regularly monitor driver sentiment and engagement metrics; prepare clear and actionable reports for stakeholders.
Track competitive landscape, including competitor driver programs, incentives, and policies, and share insights with the team.
