Job Description
The Delivery Marketing Officer is responsible for managing and driving the overall delivery business performance of assigned brands within a designated cluster. The role ensures achievement of sales targets, optimization of food aggregator (FA) platforms, compliance with delivery metrics, and execution of delivery-related initiatives.
This position serves as the primary coordinator between Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Food Aggregator partners to ensure delivery excellence, sustainable growth, and operational compliance.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly delivery sales performance of assigned brands.
- Analyze trends, gaps, and growth opportunities per store and per platform.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor Average Order Value (AOV) and brand contribution mix.
- Provide performance reviews and recommendations to cluster operations teams.
