Job Description
We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join us on a contract basis for a client project. The client is a UK-based SaaS company in the identity verification space, and you'll be fully embedded in their Customer Success and Delivery team day-to-day, working alongside their Solutions Consultants and Integrations Lead. This is a remote position.
The contract runs for the duration of the project engagement. This isn't a permanent role.
What you'll be doing
You'll own end-to-end project management for client onboarding and implementation projects. At any given time, you'll typically be running four to six projects in parallel, each at a different stage, so keeping things organised and moving is the job.
Specifically:
Run kick-off sessions, maintain project plans, track milestones, and keep all stakeholders — internal and client-side — updated throughout, across both direct client implementations and partner/white-label delivered ones.
