Job Title: Delivery Manager (Scrum Master)
Role Summary
The Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) is responsible for end-to-end delivery governance of an in‑house, cloud‑native enterprise system modernization initiative. The role combines project management accountability with Scrum Master responsibilities, ensuring that delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with agile principles.
This role coordinates cross‑functional teams (architecture, development, QA, UI/UX), manages dependencies and risks, facilitates agile ceremonies, and provides clear delivery visibility to stakeholders and executives.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on agile principles and continuous improvement.
- Remove blockers and impediments affecting team delivery.
