Delivery Manager

To manage the deliverables and development of software and/or maintenance; taking end-to-end enterprise ownership to address client requirements in line with Company Business and Information Technology strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Adopt and execute according to the Company nWoW Delivery Approach.
• Manage and deliver all innovation and business as usual initiatives/work requests for the entrusted delivery team.
• The deliverables must be delivered within the agreed scope, budget and timelines.
• Plan, direct and co‑ordinate all delivery team activities in terms of strategic projects, small medium enhancements, and business as usual.
• Conform to the necessary PM disciplines and programme/project governance, considering GIA expectations in terms of scope, change, financial, risk and issue management.
