Delivery Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs within the Insurance domain, including core system modernization, cloud migration, and digital channel enablement.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors, third parties) to drive implementation of PAS, CRM, integration, and analytics platforms.

Oversee risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution to ensure delivery within agreed SLAs and quality standards.

Engage senior stakeholders and provide governance reporting, program updates, and value realization tracking.

Drive continuous improvement through Agile/DevOps practices, automation, and process optimization to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
