The candidate must have started their career in software engineering (preferably Java technologies) and progressed into leading complex technology programs, managing cross-functional teams, client relationships, delivery governance, and business outcomes
This role requires ownership of program delivery, technical oversight, team leadership, client management, operational excellence, and successful execution of enterprise technology initiatives
