Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join a global health tech leader on a 12 month contract. This is a high impact role for a practitioner who enjoys getting into the weeds of team priorities while maintaining a strategic view of program level outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, ensuring strict adherence to Agile principles and methodologies.
• Ceremony Facilitation: Drive productivity through expert facilitation of daily stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Dependency Management: Facilitate alignment between tech teams with complex dependencies, supporting Product Owners with work prioritisation.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and adapt Agile processes, fostering a culture of trust and high performance.
