Description GSPANN is hiring a Delivery Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs across Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement. The role focuses on program governance, stakeholder management, and successful execution of large-scale D365 implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrade, and support programs.
  • Own project timelines, budgets, scope, and quality commitments.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the primary interface between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate project progress, milestones, and information with clarity and consistency.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and testers.
