Job Summary
The Delivery Hub Supervisor is the front person in Delivery Hubs. Perform various administrative duties including report preparation, monitoring of delivery packages, inventory and maintenance of office machines and J & T Express branches. He/She sets daily goals in compliance with J & T Express plans of performance and deadlines, and communicates the same to the Branch Admins and Sprinters.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Inspects the CCTV every day to ensure that it is online and perfectly working.

  2. Monitors the attendance of all Delivery Hub employees, which includes absences, tardiness, and leaves;

  3. Reports to area HR the employee location AWOL or resignations.

  4. Devises ways to speed up operations in Delivery Hub.

  5. Motivate/Coach employees.

  6. Coordinates the collaboration of each personnel in Delivery Hub.
