Role Summary:
The Delivery Head is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of cloud based Core telecom solutions and services for global clients. This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability while driving innovation and transformation in alignment with organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Leadership:
- Oversee large-scale telecom programs and projects across multiple geographies – with circa team of circa 2,000+ headcount
- Ensure timely, quality delivery of OEM products and services to their end customers which includes the world’s largest CSPs
- Leverage position to grow Infinite sales pipeline in this sector.
