JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the delivery of products in a safe and timely manner.
- Drives company vehicle from one place to another to transport people, technicians and/or products.
- Ensures punctuality to manage the time of delivery as expected on schedule.
- Loading and unloading of the merchandise to and from the vehicle.
- Coordinates with the department for the processing of documents.
- Proper handling of the documents received for delivery ensuring the completion of all necessary documents.
- Keeps the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
- Keeps the vehicle secure at all times ensuring that there is no parts missing or damage.
- Prepares and submit vehicle monitoring log sheet to the Department Head.
- Logs official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes etc. for monitoring purposes.
- Supports good customer relations and responds immediately to job needs.
