JOB DESCRIPTION Provides direction to a team of IT Project Managers. Provides guidance and mentoring to staff. Handle and Coordinate with Other Teams and vendors to resolve P1 and P2 incidents Track the Incidents and ensure no SLA’s are breached Serve as single point of contact for customer’s report delivery/program manager Monitor and control daily progress, and help resolve obstacles as they arise Generate and implement ideas to continuously improve process efficiency Work closely with customer on clear prioritization and help team stay focussed on top priority items Estimates feasibility, time and effort of projects and tasks via the Project Portfolio Management committee.
