We are currently seeking a Delivery Associate Director to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
This position is responsible for providing direction to a team of IT Project Managers.
+ Provides direction to a team of IT Project Managers.
+ Provides guidance and mentoring to staff.
+ Handle and Coordinate with Other Teams and vendors to resolve P1 and P2 incidents
+ Track the Incidents and ensure no SLA’s are breached
+ Serve as single point of contact for customer’s report delivery/program manager
+ Monitor and control daily progress, and help resolve obstacles as they arise
