As a Deli Production Clerk at Red Barn Market, you’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role preparing our fresh, made-in-house deli products. Working primarily in our production area, you’ll help ensure our shelves and hot cases are stocked with high-quality products while maintaining exceptional food safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook hot deli products according to standardized recipes and company procedures. Package, label, and date products.

  • Stocking and Display: Maintain appropriate production levels to keep displays stocked. Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation in accordance with company standards.

  • Inventory Management:Rotate products, monitor inventory levels, and communicate restocking needs.
