DELI MANAGER

We have already built an amazing team; now we are seeking a hands-on manager to help guide and shape the crew. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person with a passion for food and outstanding customer experience and ideally a background in another hospitality or foodservice role. You will be involved in activities such as rostering, training, stock control, waste and cost management, and for filling our wholesale department. What you will be doing….. • Assist where necessary with training of Deli procedure to new employees. • Foster a spirit of teamwork and synergy among the entire team; • Promote a culture which supports ethical practices, encourages individual integrity and represents OASIS values • Set and exceptional standard of personal presentation • Managing our wholesale deli orders and deli area of the business.
