Job Description

The Head of Delegate Sales and VIP Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive delegate attendance and acquire VIP participants for our conferences. This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional networking skills, and a deep understanding of the conference industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize delegate attendance and VIP acquisition for all conferences.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the Delegate Sales and VIP Acquisition team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics, while ensuring the team reaches their goals.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
