Responsibilities

  • Price fire deficiencies and recommendations generated from service inspections.
  • Prepare quotes for building owners, contractors, and tender opportunities related to retrofit projects and tenant improvements.
  • Complete pre‑qualification documents, review drawings/specifications, develop proposals, secure purchase orders/contracts, and coordinate the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews.
  • Coordinate design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders.
  • Update account and customer information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
