Job Summary:
As a member of the coaching staff responsibilities include working closely with the Head Coach to develop and coach an NCAA Division III athletic team and assist with all phases of directing and managing a successful program. Maintain knowledge of defensive coaching strategies and oversee all aspects of the team defense. Actively ensure compliance with all NCAA and Ithaca College rules and regulations; participate in establishing goals and objectives for each season; recruiting and assessing prospective student athletes for the program. Reflect Ithaca College’s academic mission and commitment to building a diverse and inclusive community. Design and provide instruction on individual and team skills and physical health and safety to student athletes. Teach PALS courses and/or perform administrative responsibilities.
