Defect & Work Order Coordinator

A leading engineering firm in Ottawa is looking for a Help Desk Operator to manage work orders within the Trillium Line Project. This role involves effective communication via radio, telephone, and email with various departments and subcontractors to ascertain and document defect information. The operator ensures timely rectification of issues and assists in negotiations for temporary work orders. The position provides an opportunity for progression to a YCC Controller role after training.
