Defect Management Lead – Construction & QA

DayOne is seeking a proactive Defect Management Coordinator to support defect rectification and punch list management for our construction projects in Malaysia. Reporting to the Defect Manager, you will coordinate defect identification, tracking, contractor follow-up, and documentation to ensure compliance and readiness for commissioning and handover.

You will liaise with main contractors and subcontractors, maintain the defect register, classify defects by severity, and support quality audits.
