MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented **Dedicated IT Support Technician** to join our dedicated support team in **Chantilly, VA** . In this role, you will provide lifecycle support for standalone (non-ELA) workstations and kiosks, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operation of mission-critical systems. You will perform operating system upgrades, software installations, system hardening, monthly maintenance, and troubleshooting while supporting customer operational requirements.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Provide Tier II/Tier III technical support for standalone (non-ELA) kiosks and workstation systems, performing lifecycle management, troubleshooting, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) rebuilds, system reimaging, and restoration activities to ensure operational readiness.
