We are looking for a Deck/Engineer for a 20m+ Private High‑Performance S/C.

Position Details

  • Permanent position to start ASAP in Mallorca, Spain.
  • Itinerary: Dual season vessel. Med for the Summer and Winter in the Caribbean.
  • The vessel is based in Mallorca during the off‑season and Med season. Your own accommodation in Mallorca will be required.
  • Qualifications are not necessary but candidates should be experienced and have a solid sailing background.
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of engineering onboard, as well as assisting with sailing and on deck.
  • Experience on performance sailing vessels is preferred.
  • You should have a solid understanding of electric and hydraulic troubleshooting.
  • Total of 3 mixed‑nationality crew onboard.
  • Should be fluent in English.
  • Non‑smoking vessel.
  • Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
