Deck Foreman

We are seeking a Deck Foreman to join our clients state-of-the-art heavy lift pipelay vessel. This is a crucial role responsible for overseeing all deck operations during offshore pipelay projects.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the deck crew during pipelay, heavy lift, and other marine operations

Ensure all deck activities are carried out safely and efficiently per company policies and regulatory requirements

Conduct toolbox talks, job safety analyses (JSAs), and risk assessments before commencing operations

Maintain clear communication with the vessel’s management team, clients, and third-party contractors

Monitor and maintain inventory of deck equipment, tools, and spares

Oversee cargo loading/offloading, pipe handling, rigging, and lifting operations

Implement and enforce strict quality control measures for all deck work scopes
