About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Deck Builder Helper to join our team. This role supports our lead builders in constructing, repairing, and installing decks, railings, and related outdoor structures. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in varying weather conditions are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist deck builders with measuring, cutting, and assembling wood, composite, and metal materials.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites.
- Support installation of posts, beams, joists, decking boards, and railings.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Operate power tools and hand tools as instructed.
