Job Title: Decision Scientist
Job Summary: Develop cutting edge solutions, in the form of reusable IP assets, leveraging deep science and AI/ML to solve high impact business problems that serve Tesco's strategic goals.
In this job, Iām accountable for:
- Participating in connects with business & functional partners to understand the ground level business context
- Developing and applying an understanding of the required AI/ML models, statistics techniques and analytical tools to develop robust solutions that solve high impact problems
- Writing structured, modularized & codified algorithms using Continuous Improvement principles (development of knowledge assets and reusable modules on Git Hub, Wiki, etc.)
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and adhering to company policies and team ways of working
- Working autonomously in an agile manner towards thorough and timely completion of defined tasks, while maintaining a high quality of delivery, to achieve expected outc...
